Pigmentation
Treat skin discolouration, freckles, sunspots and even birthmarks.
Laser Pigmentation Therapy
The signs of sun damage will flake off after one or two treatments, leaving clear, younger looking skin.
What areas can be treated?
The face, chest, shoulders and arms are the most popular areas for treatment because they have typically had the most sun exposure. Both discrete spots and skin densely covered with freckles respond well to treatment.
What does the treatment do?
The visible light delivered by the Solar Genesis procedure is selectively absorbed by the pigmentation on your skin.
How long will the treatment take?
The actual treatment will only take a few minutes and since there is no need to apply gel or any topical anaesthetic, your total appointment time can easily fit into your lunch hour.
How many treatments will I need?
Typically, one or two treatments are sufficient. Additional treatments may be required for very large or dark spots or for densely covered areas.
Will the spots reappear over time?
No. New spots may appear. These too can be removed. Remember to liberally apply sunscreen when outdoors to minimize sun damage and the appearance of new spots.

Vascular treatment
Leg veins
Transform your legs with state-of-the-art vein treatment.
With the latest laser technology we are able to combine the ideal laser wavelength with the most flexible parameters to deliver vascular laser treatment. A broad range of vessels from tiny spider veins, to deep blue reticular veins are treatable. Patients with dark, light or tanned skin can experience outstanding results with minimal bruising or blistering.
What happens after the treatment?
Following your treatment, some redness or bruising may occur. When larger veins are treated, a tan or brownish pigment may persist for a few weeks or months following treatment. Patients who have leg vein treatments may be advised to wear support hose for a short period of time.
Facial Veins
Clear your complexion from visible veins, broken capillaries and general redness.
With the latest laser technology we are able to combine the ideal laser wavelength with the most flexible parameters to deliver a superior vascular laser treatment.

How does Laser Vein Therapy work?
The laser delivers pulses of light energy, which cause the blood within the vein to coagulate, eventually destroying the vessel, which is later reabsorbed by the body. Blood flow will then be redirected to veins deeper below the skin’s surface, where it should be.

Nail treatment
Treating Toe-Nail Fungus
Onychomycosis (fungal toenail infections), may be caused by yeasts, nondermatophyte molds, or superficial dermatophytes that also cause tinea infections of the skin. Onychomycosis may be superficial, affecting only the tip of the nail, or it can involve the entire nail.
Possible causal factors are peripheral vascular disease, traumatic nail abnormalities, polypharmacy, and poor foot hygiene. Certain activities are linked to onychomycosis.
Swimming is a risk factor, perhaps because of prolonged exposure of the nails to moisture, with accompanying cuticle and skin maceration. Further, the floors of locker rooms and swimming facilities are usually heavily contaminated with fungi.

Wart removal
Common warts are local growths in the skin that are caused by human papaloma virus (HPV) infection. Although they are considered to be contagious, it is very common for just one family member to have them. In addition, they often affect just one part of the body (such as the hands or the feet) without spreading over time to other areas.
What are some types of common warts?
There is the familiar type of dome-shaped warts on the backs of fingers, toes, and knees.
Plantar warts are found on the bottom of the foot.
Flat (“plane”) warts may arise on the face, legs, and other parts of the body, often in large numbers.
Periungual warts are warts around or under the nail.
Filiform warts typically appear as a single long stalk, often on the face.

Rosacea
Rosacea is a very common red, acne-like benign skin condition that affects many people worldwide. The main symptoms of rosacea include red or pink patches, visible tiny broken blood vessels, small red bumps, sometimes containing pus, red cysts, and pink or irritated eyes.

Acne
Photodynamic Acne Treatment (PDT)
PDT is a process by which a photosensitizing agent called Aminolevulinic Acid (ALA) is applied to the skin that is activated by a specific wavelength of light, which “turns it on.”
Understanding Acne
Acne results from the obstruction and inflammation of the sebaceous glands, and it affects 80% of the human population. Acne typically begins in adolescence with hormonal changes. However, there are many older individuals who suffer from“adult acne.”There are different levels of acne ranging from milder comedonal (blackheads and whiteheads) to moderate, pustular, on to severe cystic acne. In many cases, several or all of these levels of acne can be present on an individual simultaneously.
Cause of Acne
Acne is caused by overactive sebaceous glands in the skin. The sebaceous glands, triggered by male hormones, produce sebum (oil) in the skin. Infact male hormone, it is present in both men and women. Production of this hormone is highest during puberty, but it is always present in the .

Age warts
Seborrheic keratoses are the most common benign tumor in older individuals.
Although no specific etiologic factors have been identified, they occur more frequently in sunlight-exposed areas.
Seborrheic keratoses usually are asymptomatic, but they can be annoying. Lesions can itch and rub or catch on clothing, thereby becoming inflamed. Lesions often are unattractive and serve as negative psychological connotations.
-
Birthmarks
A birthmark is a congenital, benign irregularity on the skin which is present at birth or appears shortly after birth, usually in the first month. They can occur anywhere on the skin. Birthmarks are caused by overgrowth of blood vessels, melanocytes, smooth muscle, fat, fibroblasts, or keratinocytes.

Lip veins
Venous lakes manifest as dark blue compressible papules caused by dilation of venules. Venous lakes most commonly occur in adults older than 50 years with a history of long-term sun exposure.

Skin tags
Skin tags are common, acquired, benign skin growths that look like a small piece of soft, hanging skin. Skin tags are harmless growths. Some individuals may be more prone to tags (greater than 50-100 tags) either through increased weight, in part combined with heredity, or other unknown causes.
